📢 A New Belden Support Center is Coming Soon!

We are thrilled to announce that we are upgrading our Belden Support Center!

Belden is enhancing your technical support experience with an improved support center launching June 30th. Whether you're new to Belden support or familiar with our current support center, the updated portal will allow you to manage technical support cases and access centralized resources with improved features, a user-friendly interface, and better performance across all Belden brands.

The new Belden Support Center will be accessible on Belden.com. Here are some of the ways you'll be able to use the new support center:

  • Registering/Logging in to access the full authenticated support experience
    • Note: Registration is not required to create a support case
  • New Technical Support Web Form (no registration required)
    • Contact our team for technical assistance, troubleshooting, product guidance, or questions related to your Belden products across all brand families: Alpha Wire, Belden, Tofino Security, GarrettCom, Hirschmann, Lumberg Automation, macmon, NetModule, ProSoft Technology, and CloudRail.
  • Case Correspondence with Belden Agents
  • Article Knowledge Base
  • Downloadable Product Information
  • Profile Information Updates
